Job summary

Cvent is seeking a results-driven Director, Corporate Systems to partner with senior leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Technology and IT in shaping the CRM platform vision.

You will design scalable architecture across Salesforce Clouds, guide End-to-End Lead-to-Cash processes, and drive intelligent automation with AI capabilities while building and mentoring a global team.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in CRM, enterprise systems, or digital transformation.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture and GTM systems.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling and AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the CRM platform vision and roadmap.
• Architect and optimize Lead-to-Cash lifecycles and integrations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise CRM initiatives.
• Govern CRM programs, drive stakeholder alignment, and report on business impact.
