Job summary

Covetrus is seeking a Director to lead the Salesforce Systems - Sales, Service & Marketing CoE, driving enterprise CRM strategy, architecture, and adoption. The role oversees agent platforms, data quality, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams.

You will manage budgets, roadmaps, and governance, partnering with senior leaders and implementation partners to deliver measurable improvements in customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, sales or computer science.
• 8–10 years leading enterprise systems teams with Salesforce responsibilities.
• 2+ years delivering Agentforce in production within a multi‑channel contact center.
• Experience operating Service Cloud at enterprise scale and with Data Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year CRM & Agentforce roadmap aligning with business priorities.
• Drive strategy for Sales, Service & Marketing CoE and measure ROI.
• Ensure security, data quality and governance across CRM platforms.
• Lead platform delivery, budgeting and vendor partnerships.
