Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales or CS or related field.
• 8–10 years leading enterprise Salesforce teams.
• 2+ years delivering Agentforce in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM strategy and multi-year Salesforce roadmap.
• Oversee Agentforce design, testing, deployment, and governance.
• Manage budget, KPI reporting and vendor partnerships.
