Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, Marketing, or Operations.
• Experience in project delivery, workstream coordination, sales operations, enablement, or related function.
• Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams with clear objectives, practical planning, and escalation when needed.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day delivery of assigned projects and workstreams.
• Translate objectives into a practical plan with scope, deliverables, owners, timing, and expected business results.
• Coordinate activities across stakeholders, partner functions, technology teams, and vendors; facilitate working sessions.
• Identify blockers, risks, capacity constraints, scope changes, or recurring friction early, with practical recommendations.
• Maintain a lightweight project record and provide concise updates for leadership and governance forums.
• Document decisions and actions with owners and due dates, ensure follow-through or escalation.
