Job summary

You will partner with WW Channel teams and Revenue Operations to optimize processes and drive growth. The role demands hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies across multiple business functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large teams in matrixed organizations.
• Knowledge of distribution networks and channel P&Ls.
• Experience negotiating VP-level contracts with channel partners.
• Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the WW Sales Strategy & Acceleration team.
• Improve reporting tools, methods, and data granularity for senior management.
• Collaborate with AWS Data Warehouse, Finance, Marketing, Recruiting, and Compensation.
