Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Mgr, WW Sales Strategy & Acceleration to lead a high-performing team focused on forecasting, reporting, and strategic insights for the global channel organization.

You will partner with WW Revenue Operations and multiple cross-functional teams to drive business impact and scalable processes. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in people leadership, data analysis, and executive-level collaboration, with a hands-on approach to working with

Qualifications

• 10+ years of building and leading large teams in matrixed structures.
• Knowledge of distribution networks and channel P&Ls.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience communicating with multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Experience negotiating VP-level contracts with channel partners and agencies.
• 5+ years in a similar leadership/operational role (e.g., chief of staff, revenue operations, sales operations).

Responsibilities

• Lead the WW Sales Strategy & Acceleration team to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
• Evolve forecasting models, inspect results, and provide data-based recommendations to senior management.
• Improve reporting tools, processes, and data availability for AWS management.
• Collaborate across AWS functions (Data Warehouse/BI, Finance, Marketing, Recruiting, Compensation).
• Drive simple, scalable solutions to complex problems and communicate findings clearly.
