Qualifications

• 10+ years of building and leading large teams in a matrixed structure.
• Knowledge of distribution networks and channel P&Ls.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience communicating with multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience negotiating VP-level contracts with channel partners and agencies.
• 5+ years in a similar role (chief of staff, revenue operations, sales operations).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent; drive improvements to reporting tools, methods, and processes.
• Oversee cross-functional alignment with WW Channel teams to evolve forecasting models and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Develop and optimize business processes, systems, reports, and strategies to meet organizational goals and initiatives.
• Collaborate with AWS Data Warehouse/BI, Finance, Marketing, Recruiting, and Compensation to ensure effective execution of initiatives.
