Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) SMGS Operations seeks a Senior Sales Operations lead to manage the day-to-day revenue forecasting for AWS Global Sales across NAMER, EMEA, APJ, LATAM. This high-impact individual contributor role sits at the intersection of Finance, BI, sales tooling, and field leadership, driving forecast accuracy and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will own forecasting cadence, quarterly cycles, and the weekly/monthly publish processes, partnering with senior leaders

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
• 7+ years of sales operations or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the global AGS/SMGS revenue forecasting process across geos and BUs.
• Execute quarterly forecast cycles with tracking and gap analysis.
• Run weekly and monthly revenue publish process for senior leadership.
• Prepare forecast commentary and variance analysis for WBRs.
• Collaborate on AWSentral tooling improvements with geo teams.
