Job summary

Prodapt Solutions Private Limited is seeking an Engagement Leader – Transition & Transformation in Irving, TX, to drive end-to-end Sales Planning and Incentive Compensation engagements. You will own customer relationships, manage transitions from incumbents, and design operating models, governance, KPIs, and delivery processes for complex global programs.

The role requires 12+ years in enterprise consulting or digital transformation, with 8+ years in Sales Performance Management or related SaaS

Qualifications

12+ years in enterprise consulting, managed services, or digital transformation.
8+ years leading Sales Performance Management, Sales Operations, or enterprise SaaS engagements.
Proven experience leading two+ enterprise transition/transformation programs.

Responsibilities

Own the Sales Performance Management engagement from transition to steady-state operations.
Act as executive sponsor for stakeholders across Sales Ops, Finance, HR, IT, and leadership.
Lead due diligence, discovery workshops, and transition planning.
Design future-state operating model, governance, SLAs, KPIs, RACI, and delivery processes.
Lead offshore managed services teams and ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
Own executive governance, QBRs, RAID management, and financial performance.
Drive technology modernization, automation, AI adoption, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Varicent Solution Architect, Data & Integration Lead, and AI Lead to deliver outcomes.
Build reusable delivery assets, playbooks, and delivery excellence frameworks.
Support presales, solution strategy, staffing, and practice development.
