Cynosure, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Order Administrator to oversee the order process, ensuring customer and company satisfaction. Prepare correspondence and fulfill internal/external customer needs while supporting the sales force to sustain ongoing success.

Responsibilities include verifying orders, tracking status, and coordinating with logistics and cross-functional teams. Travel to the company's annual sales meeting will be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience handling orders, shipments, and related documentation is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all aspects of laser orders by verifying accuracy and availability.
• Own the sales orders and deadlines; maintain open order reports.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and shipping regulations; coordinate with A/R, Invoicing, Quality, and Manufacturing.
