Job summary

Orion Energy Systems, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers and sales professionals across the organization at our Manitowoc, WI location.

You will process quotes, orders, warranties, returns, and freight claims, while maintaining product knowledge and using Dynamics AX and Salesforce to assist operations. This full-time role involves coordination with multiple departments and adherence to Orion values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of data entry experience.
• 1–3 years of customer service, claims, manufacturing, or related experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Customer‑focused with strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Electrical industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process quotes, sales orders, warranties, returns, replacements, and freight claims.
• Provide customers and sales professionals with guidance on processes, terms, and warranties.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Orion products and services.
• Use Microsoft Dynamics AX, Salesforce, and other systems to support sales operations.
• Build positive relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Accounting, Manufacturing, and other departments to meet customer needs.
• Participate in daily WIP meetings, training, and other company meetings.
• Ensure processes are followed, quality standards are met, and orders are processed accurately.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
