Job summary

Global Enterprises is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring accurate order processing, timely deliveries, and exceptional service. You will coordinate orders, quotations, and production requirements while maintaining system data and supporting improvements.

Responsibilities include processing orders, communicating with customers, coordinating with production and logistics, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, customer service, or order management environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, quotations, work orders, prototypes, and special projects through company systems.
• Serve as the primary customer contact, ensuring timely communication and resolution of inquiries.
• Coordinate orders across production, logistics, and shipping to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare and maintain accurate order, pricing, shipping, and customer records.
• Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to support customer requirements and special projects.
• Monitor customer service performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and help resolve issues related to products, processes, customer requirements, and quality systems.
• Comply with all safety, environmental, and quality management system requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
