Job summary

Xometry is seeking an Order Processing Coordinator (Specialist) to join its Customer and Partner Care team. The role focuses on accurate order processing, pricing, shipping details, and terms while resolving discrepancies to drive successful customer outcomes.

The candidate will coordinate with Sales, Accounting, Legal, Quality and Engineering, and will operate across multiple systems to ensure data integrity and a smooth order flow in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative or customer service roles.
• Ability to process orders accurately, verify pricing and terms.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and data integrity in order processing.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process sales orders, determine customer account, part number, pricing, shipping and terms.
• Communicate with customers to resolve discrepancies and drive successful outcomes.
• Research information across multiple systems and websites as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Accounting, Legal, Quality, and Engineering to remove order barriers.
• Perform in a fast-paced environment with strong teamwork.
• Serve as a main contact to improve customer experience for purchase orders.
