Job summary

Xero is seeking a senior role to transform our global sales analytics landscape. You will drive the development of AI-powered reporting environments, integrate CRM tools, and deliver dashboards that empower senior leaders across US, AU, and UK to turn insights into scalable growth and faster execution.

You will partner with the Global Sales Operations team to standardize metrics, governance, and data flows, ensuring consistency and high-impact decision making across regions.

Qualifications

• Highly analytical mind with a passion for transforming complex data into clear, commercially grounded insights.
• Proven background in sales operations or go-to-market analytics, ideally within a multi-regional or global remit.
• Ability to influence and drive action across matrixed cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong workflow optimization and process improvement skills.
• Familiarity with modern sales tools, AI reporting environments and CRMs.
• A tertiary qualification in business, finance, analytics, or related discipline supports your structured approach.

Responsibilities

• Evolve global analytical infrastructure with AI-enabled reporting environments and CRM tools.
• Oversee core global reporting assets, datasets, and dashboards to elevate sales productivity and track Net Dollar Retention.
• Design cleaner operating rhythms and data flows to streamline territory and segment performance metrics.
• Establish governance structures and KPIs to monitor and optimize global go-to-market initiatives.
