tarte cosmetics is seeking an International Sales & Operations Administrator to support the global sales team from its New York office. You will coordinate daily operations, manage product sampling, and improve administrative processes across markets, collaborating with sales, marketing, supply chain, and regional partners.

The role emphasizes organized tracking, timely delivery of samples, and streamlined workflows to enable growth.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales administration, operations coordination, or a similar support role.
• Beauty or consumer goods experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; experience maintaining operational trackers and reporting.
• Clear communication skills and confidence working across teams, markets, and time zones.

Responsabilités

• Operations Coordination: act as central point for international sales requests, track priorities, deadlines and follow-ups.
• Sampling & Product Support: coordinate sample requests for retailer meetings, launches, training, events, and regional teams; manage sampling process from request to delivery.
• Process Management & Streamlining: develop and maintain standardized forms, trackers, checklists, and procedures; identify workflow improvements and faster turnaround times.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure visibility into open requests, delays, and resolutions.
