Insight Global in Austin, TX is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to manage delivery schedules in alignment with customer needs and factory capacity. The role involves direct communication with customers, expediting negotiations, forecasting changes, and ensuring on-time delivery to meet revenue targets.

You will collaborate with sales and global teams, provide performance metrics for scorecards, and support reconciliations of delivery-related fees.

Qualifications

2+ years in customer or sales support roles with an associate degree or higher.
Experience communicating with customers: contracts, negotiations, issue resolution.
Experience with order processing.
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; reports experience.
Experience with SAP, CRM, Power BI or Monday.com.
Bilingual in Japanese.
Experience supporting global teams.
Semiconductor industry experience.

Responsabilités

Manage delivery schedules according to customer needs and factory capacity.
Communicate schedules directly with the external customer.
Negotiate order expedites and delivery terms.
Manage forecast changes to meet revenue goals.
Provide delivery performance metrics for customer scorecards.
Reconcile fees and remedies for on-time delivery.
Schedule and contribute to multiple customer meetings regarding forecast, order and delivery.
