Job description

We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst – Sales to support alignment between customer demand, revenue forecasting, and operational execution. This role requires a sense of urgency and plays a key part in ensuring forecast accuracy, efficient fulfillment, and strong coordination across sales, supply chain, manufacturing, and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer demand fulfillment and planning with cross-functional leadership
• Lead revenue forecasting across multiple product lines
• Monitor and manage finished goods inventory performance
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to ensure Operational Excellence and Customer Satisfaction
• Functional leader of ERP/MRP system usage and process improvements
• Develop and deliver reporting and analytics to drive data-based decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or another analytic field
• 3 – 7 years of Business Operations, Supply Chain, or similar experience
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Leveraged AI tools and platforms such as Power BI in concert with ERP/MRP systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Experience in global manufacturing or supply chain environments preferred
• Bilingual (English and Mandarin Chinese) is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Experience in embedded systems, HMI, or electronic manufacturing services (EMS)
• Exposure to industrial sales cycles
