XtecGlobal Ltd. Mohali (On-site) is seeking a confident International Sales Executive to handle leads and convert them into successful sales. The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with international clients and a proven ability to meet sales targets.

This role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple follow-ups. You will work night shifts aligned to US time and collaborate with internal teams to onboard clients smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in sales, inside sales, tele-sales, or international sales.
• Previous experience handling international clients is mandatory.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good persuasion, negotiation, and lead-conversion skills.
• Proven experience in meeting sales targets.
• Comfortable working in a US night shift.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
• Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads and follow up with potential international clients.
• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
• Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, client interactions, and sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
• Handle client queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
