Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, International Sales, or B2C sales.
• Proven experience handling international customers directly in a sales capacity.
• Strong English communication and consultative selling skills.

Responsabilités

• Engage with inbound and warm leads from international markets.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable rental options.
• Qualify leads and manage the full sales lifecycle from enquiry to booking.
• Conduct consultative conversations via calls, emails, chat, and WhatsApp.
• Build rapport and address objections to improve conversion rates.
• Negotiate and close deals while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Update CRM and maintain records of lead interactions and sales activities.
