Job summary

ReversingLabs is seeking a Director of Global Sales Engineering and Field CTO to lead a high‑impact, globally distributed sales engineering team. You will personally own strategic and competitive deals, while shaping the field function as it scales in a growth environment.

You’ll represent the company externally to CISOs and product security leaders, and partner with Product and Engineering to translate field feedback into roadmap influence. This role reports to the CRO and is remote in the USA.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in technical, customer-facing roles
• 5+ years leading a team
• Ability to demo technically and engage CEO-level stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the global Sales Engineering team; hire, ramp, and set career paths
• Own the technical win; design and deliver scalable demonstrations and value proofs
• Be the technical voice in the market as Field CTO; build executive-level trust with CISOs and CTOs
• Coordinate with Product to incorporate field feedback into roadmaps and requirements
