Job summary

ReversingLabs Inc. seeks a seasoned leader to run global Sales Engineering and serve as Field CTO, delivering deep technical credibility to CISOs and security leaders. You will own hiring, ramp, and career paths while guiding high-stakes deals and building scalable processes.

You will translate customer needs into tailored demos, shape product and engineering feedback, and shepherd technical wins through deployment. This role requires broad security domain fluency and executive presence.

Qualifications

12+ years in technical, customer-facing roles.
5+ years leading a team.
Ability to influence product and engineering roadmap.
Experience presenting to CISOs and product security leaders.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the global Sales Engineering team; own hiring, ramp, and career paths.
Operate as a player-coach in strategic deals and demos.
Translate customer requirements into tailored demonstrations and designs.
Own transition from technical win to deployment and onboarding.
