Job summary

Nextpower seeks a Sales Readiness Specialist to design and scale onboarding for a global sales team. You will shape how new sellers learn in complex enterprise contexts, delivering content with guidance from the Global Sales Enablement Manager and working across enablement and cross‑functional teams to ensure learner success.

You will reinforce sales methods, tools, and processes, elevate training quality, and use data to personalize learning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • 2‑4 years of sales enablement experience in B2B setting (energy or infrastructure sectors preferred).
  • Self‑motivated, strong communicator who possesses a positive team‑player attitude capable of collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate dynamic, practical learning experiences that prepare new sellers to succeed in complex enterprise environments.
  • Develop and deliver onboarding content with guidance from the Global Sales Enablement Manager.
  • Collaborate across enablement and cross‑functional teams to ensure impactful training and learner success.
  • Reinforce our sales methodology, process, systems, and sales tools, translating knowledge into practical training sessions.
  • Elevate delivery quality across the onboarding training program.
  • Leverage data to personalize learning, strengthen feedback loops, and continually improve onboarding effectiveness.
  • Manage learner progression, support completion reporting, and provide hiring managers with clear readiness insights and development recommendations.
  • Work across global time zones to support regional teams and deliver training as needed.

We are looking for a Sales Readiness Specialist to deliver and scale world‑class onboarding experiences for our global sales organization. This is a high‑impact role that will shape the future of the Nextpower sales team, directly influencing seller performance and revenue outcomes.

Compensation

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job‑related considerations. The annual target total cash compensation for this position is $90,000–$105,000, which includes base salary and target commission. Actual compensation may vary based on sales target achievements. This role is also eligible for equity as part of the total compensation package.
