Job summary

Nextpower is seeking a Sales Readiness Specialist to design, deliver, and scale world-class onboarding experiences for our global sales team in enterprise environments.

You will collaborate with the Global Sales Enablement Manager and cross-functional partners to translate sales methodology into practical training, manage learner progression, and provide readiness insights to hiring managers across international regions.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • 2-4 years of sales enablement experience in B2B setting preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Job Description:We are looking for a Sales Readiness Specialist to deliver and scale world-class onboarding experiences for our global sales organization. This is a high impact role that will shape the future of the Nextpower sales team, directly influencing seller performance and revenue outcomes.What You Can ExpectFacilitating dynamic, practical learning experiences that prepare new sellers to succeed in complex enterprise environments.Developing and delivering accurate and impactful content for onboarding program with guidance from the Global Sales Enablement Manager.Work collaboratively across enablement and cross functional teams to ensure impactful training and learner success.Reinforce our sales methodology, process, systems, and sales tools, translating knowledge into practical training sessions.Elevate delivery quality across the onboarding training programLeverage data and expertise to personalize learning, strengthen feedback loops, and continually improve onboarding effectivenessManage learner progression, support completion reporting, and provide hiring managers with clear readiness insights and development recommendationsWork across global time zones to support regional teams and deliver training as neededWhat We Are Looking ForStrong written and spoken communication skills with the ability to adapt seamlessly to the audienceAbility to engage, lead, and build credibility with groups of various skill levelsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyDevoted to helping sales professionals learn and succeed in their roles.Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholdersCritical thinker who can address questions on the fly, resolve conflicts with minimal noise, and pivot delivery in the momentSelf-motivated, action-driven, and highly self-sufficient in executing tasks and managing detailed project plans independentlyAbility to thrive in a dynamic environment, possess a continuous learning mindset, adapts easily to new technologies, and actively leverages feedback to improveQualifications/RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related fieldor equivalent relevant professional experience.2-4 years of sales enablement experience in B2B setting (energy or infrastructure sectors preferred)Self-motivated, strong communicator who possesses a positive team-player attitude capable of collaborating with a wide range of stakeholdersNextpower offers a comprehensive benefits package. The annual target total cash compensation for this position is $90,000–$105,000, which includes base salary and target commission. Actual compensation may vary based on sales target achievements.
