Qualifications

• 6+ years in fraud prevention, identity verification, or digital customer acquisition.
• 3+ years in sales enablement, learning development, or sales strategy.
• Thorough understanding of enterprise SaaS sales processes and buyer journey.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Data-driven with track record of defining success metrics.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience using generative AI tools to accelerate content creation and scalable learning programs.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and new hire readiness; manage onboarding programs and ramp.
• Design scalable, AI-powered learning paths with self-paced content and certifications.
• Create digital learning assets like training videos, assessments, and scorecards.
• Lead with leadership teams to identify learning needs and translate business goals into training.
• Measure enablement effectiveness and provide leadership with insights and recommendations.
