Job summary

Socure is seeking a Sales Enablement & Training Manager to design scalable, AI-powered learning experiences that accelerate the success of Socure's teams.

This role owns the end-to-end enablement lifecycle—from onboarding to ongoing product education and coaching—partnering closely with Product Marketing, Product, Sales Leadership, and subject matter experts across Socure to create engaging, measurable learning programs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in fraud prevention, identity verification, or digital customer acquisition.
• 3+ years in sales enablement, learning development, or sales strategy.
• Understanding of enterprise SaaS sales processes and buyer journey.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Data-driven with a track record of metrics and improvements.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience using generative AI tools to accelerate content creation.
• Experience building scalable digital learning programs within an LMS and leveraging AI coaching, simulations, and assessments.
• Ability to lead with passion in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and new hire readiness including weekly 1:1s and ramp.
• Design scalable learning paths with self-paced content, AI role plays, and certs.
• Produce digital learning assets like videos, assessments, and scorecards.
• Partner with leaders to identify learning needs and translate objectives into scalable programs.
• Measure onboarding and enablement effectiveness and report insights.
