Qualifications

• 8-10 years of professional experience.
• 5+ years leading global sales enablement or similar functions in a large enterprise.
• Deep expertise in instructional design and learning measurement.
• Proven success scaling global capability development systems.
• Strong business partnership across organizational levels.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
