Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Sr. Director of Sales Learning and Development to design and deliver training programs for Sales Leaders across Global Conferences.

You will partner with GSSO, HR, and Sales leadership to drive adoption of learning strategies and programs that align with business objectives. You will lead program design, delivery, and measurement, ensuring continuous improvement and measurable impact on leadership performance, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and change

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Education, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a successful sales leader within Gartner.
• Experience in sales learning and development or sales enablement with a proven track record.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional projects.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with digital learning platforms and tools preferred.
• Proven ability to influence, motivate, and drive change across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Program Manager for all sales leadership programs for Directors & Managers.
• Partner with Sales leadership to assess learning needs and address skill gaps.
• Drive adoption and engagement of learning programs across Gartner Global Conference Sales.
• Continuously evaluate program effectiveness using feedback and metrics.
• Measure impact on leadership performance and business outcomes and report to senior management.
• Develop and manage a calendar of learning events and development opportunities.
