Job summary

MGM Resorts in Texas is seeking a Global Sales Director to drive exceptional sales performance by leveraging market insights and partnerships with our brand. The role focuses on exceeding group room and catering revenue targets through collaborative strategies with properties and a client-centered approach.

You will lead cross-property teams, host key events, provide market intelligence, and move business across the enterprise to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant sales experience in hospitality or resorts.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with enterprise-wide systems and client partnerships.
• Strong in industry events and client demonstrations.
• Experience with distributed computing, agile development, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Retain top accounts and acquire new ones in designated territory.
• Host in-market MGMRI events for new and key clients.
• Act as brand ambassador and participate in industry events.
• Provide in-market intelligence on trends and client updates.
• Present monthly updates to leadership and properties.
• Move business across the enterprise to retain business and ensure seamless client experience.
• Develop suggestions to maximize revenue streams at MGM Resorts International properties.
• Interact with all departments of properties to ensure strong communication.
