Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Director of Global Sales to lead the Global Sales organization and drive revenue growth across its portfolio. You will oversee a team of professionals responsible for global accounts in multiple countries and regions, developing strategic initiatives and expanding brand-managed Business Transient accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive hospitality sales experience including leadership of national/global accounts.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth through business development and corporate partnerships.
• Experience managing multinational travel programs and cross-cultural negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Global Sales team with strategic direction and performance management.
• Develop and execute global sales strategies across multiple countries, brands, and portfolios.
• Oversee acquisition, growth, and retention of global accounts spanning regions.
• Drive expansion of brand-managed Business Transient accounts and partnerships with multinational corporations.
• Collaborate with hotel, commercial, and brand teams to maximize market share and opportunities.
