Avalara is creating a new Center of Excellence and hiring a Sales Development Performance Lead. This manager-level IC will join Avalara's global Sales Development organization to focus on live modeling, certification execution, workflow discipline, and AI/tool adoption.
Regions US, EMEA and India each have a dedicated Lead. All leads share the same QA scorecard, certification framework, and charter, with a weekly global sync to align coaching standards and top-performer insights.
Responsibilities
- Observe live calls to understand best practices.
- Lead live modeling, certification, and workflow discipline.
- Drive readiness evidence that helps reps create Stage 1 opportunities.
- Accountable for personal Stage 1 creation.
