Job summary

Körber is seeking a Technical Account Manager to drive successful deployments of our SaaS solutions. You will collaborate with project delivery and sales to align technical capabilities and standardization across customer deployments.

Responsibilities include coordinating resources, maintaining version history for cloud installations, and ensuring timely service delivery while working with global teams across time zones. Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, Linux, and cloud platforms is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management or delivery leadership.
• Experience with Jira and ServiceNow.
• Expert understanding of containerization, AWS and Azure.
• GMP/regulatory environment knowledge.
• Strong API and software integration background.
• Knowledge of MES and PAS-X preferred.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple levels and time zones.
• Collaborative team player with knowledge management experience.
• Experience with software release processes and SaaS deployments.
• Proficient IT fundamentals: Linux, TCP/IP, VPN, routing, firewall.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the project delivery and sales organization to ensure timely customer deployments while aligning technical capabilities and standardization of our SaaS solutions.
• Align and schedule resources according to customer requests and internal prioritization.
• Maintain version history and planning for Cloud Customer installation and upgrades.
• Track time spent on service requests, installations, and customer support to report to stakeholders.
• Support project organizations in submitting completeness of requests for services.
• Ensure team members are aware of scheduled items and are able to complete them as planned.
