Job summary

Körber Pharma in Apex, NC, seeks a Technical Account Manager to drive customer deployments of our SaaS solutions and coordinate delivery with sales and engineering. You will align resources, manage cloud installations and upgrades, and report on service activity to stakeholders.

The role requires strong project management, Jira/ServiceNow experience, and expertise in containerization, AWS/Azure, and regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management and capacity planning.
• Hands-on with Jira and ServiceNow for project execution.
• Strong knowledge of containerization, AWS, and Azure in SaaS environments.
• Experience in regulated environments (GMP) and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project delivery and sales to ensure timely deployments of SaaS solutions.
• Align resources with customer requests and internal priorities.
• Maintain version history and planning for cloud installations and upgrades.
• Track time on service requests, installations, and support for stakeholders.
• Support project teams in ensuring completeness of service requests.
• Ensure team members are aware of scheduled items and can complete them as planned.
