Job summary

Körber Pharma Packaging AG in Apex, NC seeks a Technical Account Manager to act as a technical advisor and solution designer during project implementation. You will work with Sales and TechOps to align capabilities with customer needs, managing deployments, upgrades, and release compliance for cloud solutions.

You will coordinate resources, track service work, and ensure teams stay aligned across time zones while maintaining strong API and integration know‑how in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, capacity planning, and task scheduling.
• Experience with Jira and ServiceNow.
• Expert understanding of containerization, AWS, Azure, and SaaS.
• Expertise in regulated environments such as GMP.
• Strong understanding of API and software integrations.
• Preferred knowledge in MES and/or PAS-X.
• Ability to coordinate projects across various levels.
• Collaborative and inclusion‑driven team player.
• Experience with global teams across time zones.
• Experience with knowledge management and software release processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project delivery and sales to ensure timely customer deployments.
• Align technical capabilities and standardization of SaaS solutions.
• Schedule resources according to customer requests and internal priorities.
• Maintain version history and planning for Cloud installations and upgrades.
• Track time spent on service requests, installations, and support for stakeholders.
• Support project teams in submitting completeness of service requests.
• Ensure team members are aware of scheduled items and can complete them as planned.
