Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in solutions or implementation engineering or technical account management.
• Experience owning end-to-end technical implementations for enterprise SaaS customers.
• Comfort with APIs, integrations, and configuration-heavy platforms.
• Track record of successful customer go-lives in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Bonus for startup growth, CRM implementation, or consulting-to-PM background.

Responsibilities

• Own the full technical implementation lifecycle for enterprise housing customers—sales handoff to go-live.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Engagement Managers for a seamless experience.
• Scope requirements, map workflows, and translate into actionable plans.
• Manage multiple concurrent implementations across product verticals.
• Travel on-site to customer locations (~25% travel) for relationship building.
• Work within the data and API layer, manage integrations, and ensure data migration.
• Represent the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering teams.
• Contribute to scalable internal assets like playbooks and templates.
• Hand off completed implementations to post-implementation engineers for ongoing support.
