Job summary

Public Consulting Group is seeking an Implementation Specialist to support system integration projects in a hybrid role. You will design, configure, and develop custom forms, templates, and workflows while implementing SaaS platforms for client needs.

The role requires hands-on coding in JavaScript/C#/Python, experience with APIs/JSON, and SDLC knowledge across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches. Travel and onsite collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or engineering.
• Experience with COTS or SaaS solutions.
• Familiar with SDLC, Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methods.
• Proficiency in JavaScript or other common coding languages.
• Experience configuring and debugging SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to designing, configuring, and developing custom forms, templates, and workflows.
• Implement SaaS platforms to serve clients.
• Configure client-specific functionality using SaaS tools and languages.
• Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software.
