Job summary

Qualifications

• PM experience in a SaaS company delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget.
• Experience in wildland fire, forestry, electric utilities or related discipline.
• Experience with Smartsheets, Notion and Jira (or equivalent).
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Apps.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated success in working remotely, delivering multiple projects on time.
• Well organized, self-motivated, accountable and collaborative.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for full life cycle of customer projects from Sales to Support.
• Develop project plans and timelines, identify tasks, coordinate deliverables.
• Coordinate timelines with technical teams and customers.
• Support leadership with status, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues.
• Plan projects using Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Notion and Jira.
• Identify conflicts and revise schedules; communicate with clients.
• Seek opportunities to improve project management processes.
• Measure performance using PM best practices and techniques.
• Collaborate closely with clients to ensure project success and satisfaction.
• Provide leadership to motivate team members toward milestones.
• Identify opportunities and provide custom solutions to meet client needs.
• Assist senior management with strategic planning.
