Job summary

Technosylva, a global wildfire risk software leader, seeks a Project Manager to coordinate delivery of subscription products. You will align with customer delivery, product managers, and implementation leads across multiple time zones, steering milestones and deliverables.

The role demands experience managing SaaS projects, strong communication, and proven ability to work remotely on complex initiatives, with an emphasis on stakeholder collaboration and outcome delivery.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in a SaaS company with on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Experience in wildland fire, forestry, electric utilities or related disciplines is preferred.
• Proficiency with Smartsheets, Notion and Jira (or equivalents).
• MS Office Suite and Google Apps proficiency.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills; ability to work remotely on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of customer projects from inception to delivery and support.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and tasks; coordinate deliverables and outcomes.
• Coordinate milestones with technical teams and customers.
• Provide status updates on milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues to leadership and clients.
• Use tools like Office, Google Docs, Notion, and Jira for planning and tracking.
• Identify and resolve conflicts across projects; adjust schedules as needed.
• Seek process improvements in project management and deployment pipelines.
• Measure project performance using PM best practices and techniques.
• Ensure client collaboration and satisfaction throughout the project.
