Job summary

Harri is seeking an Implementation Project Manager in New York to oversee end-to-end onboarding of customers. You will manage project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communication, ensuring successful go-live and ongoing relationship health.

The role requires strong client-facing experience in SaaS implementations, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across a global organization. Travel, when needed, supports project delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a client-facing software implementation project management capacity at a SaaS Software company or consulting firm.
• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills (both in-person & virtual).
• Ability to scope requirements, identify tasks, and determine level of effort.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customer implementations from start to go-live.
• Manage project plan, timelines, risks, and status reporting.
• Gather customer requirements and translate into specifications for configuration.
• Coordinate resources across teams to hit milestones and drive execution.
• Communicate project status, issues, and solutions to stakeholders.
