Job summary

Procore is seeking a Principal Engagement Manager to lead multi-solution engagements and evolve customers from single projects to global programmatic rollouts. The role partners with sales, delivery, and customer success to design governance frameworks ensuring consistent value realization across enterprise accounts.

You will drive strategic roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage resources, timelines, and budgets while travel is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SaaS customer success, professional services, or technical program management experience.
• 4+ years of direct experience in or supporting the construction industry or adjacent field.
• Experience designing global program governance frameworks, executive steering structures, and scalable delivery models for enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex, multi-solution engagements that scale to global programmatic rollouts.
• Establish and govern value-centric programmatic frameworks to ensure consistency and measurable outcomes.
• Drive long-term program charters and strategic account roadmaps aligned with client goals.
• Partner with sales and customer success to build trusted executive relationships.
• Coordinate cross-functional roles and workstreams across pre-sales and post-sales delivery.
• Ensure roadmaps align with client milestones and technical roadmaps.
• Surface data insights and performance metrics to optimize operations and inform decisions.
• Oversee delivery of continued success packages, managing resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Travel domestically 1–2 times per month; possible international travel.
