Job summary

Procore Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Professional Services team.

You will coordinate internal and external resources to deliver client onboarding and service engagements on time and within budget, while guiding clients to adopt and grow with Procore. You will partner with Delivery, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to plan, execute, and monitor engagements, with travel up to 30-40% to client sites and events.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing or supporting large-scale services delivery.
• Strong skills in creating and managing gantt project schedules, documenting business outcomes, managing and forecasting resources, and maintaining RAID logs.
• Experience managing complex projects across web and mobile applications for documentation management, project management, or similar platforms.
• Prefer experience in construction and/or financial SaaS industries and Organizational Change Management consulting.

Responsibilities

• Define execution strategies for service delivery, including discovery and design workshops, and resource management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute statements of work and onboarding strategies.
• Serve as the delivery expert during pre-sales engagements.
• Develop repeatable processes and templates for efficiency and standardization.
• Manage project plans to ensure on-time delivery of services and deliverables.
• Oversee strategic delivery for one-time projects or scaled SOWs and support account growth.
• Prepare reports on project progress, budget, and risks using internal systems.
• Provide proactive, high-level service through clear communication.
• Maintain knowledge of Procore products and service best practices.
