Job summary

Procore Technologies is seeking a Project Manager for its Professional Services team. You will coordinate internal and external resources to deliver client onboarding, adoption, and growth initiatives on time and within budget.

You’ll partner with Consulting, Delivery, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to plan, execute, and monitor engagements, providing strategic guidance and ensuring high client satisfaction while driving Procore’s growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing or supporting large-scale services delivery.
• Strong skills in creating and managing Gantt project schedules, documenting business outcomes, managing and forecasting resources, and maintaining RAID logs.
• Experience managing complex projects across web and mobile applications for documentation management, project management, or similar platforms.
• Prefer experience in construction and/or financial SaaS industries and Organizational Change Management consulting.
• Innovative, persuasive, creative, goal-oriented, optimistic, proactive, and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Define execution strategies for services and scope, including discovery and design workshops and risk tracking.
• Collaborate with key contacts and Customer Success to execute statements of work and onboarding strategies.
• Partner with the account team during pre-sales engagements as the services delivery expert.
• Develop repeatable processes and templates to create efficiencies and standardization.
• Manage service delivery timelines and project plans to ensure on-time delivery.
