Job summary

Visual Components is seeking a driven Sales Manager for the VC Robotics OLP team to grow our global customer network and drive software sales for industrial robots. You will engage in outbound and inbound lead generation, build lasting relationships, and contribute to forecasting and market growth.

The ideal candidate brings B2B sales experience in robotics or related industrial processes, strong communication across levels, and a passion for learning and teamwork.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience in Industrial Robots or related processes such as welding, painting, or cutting.
• Ability to communicate with specialists across levels, from operators to CTOs/CEOs.
• Proven ability to convert opportunities into orders and manage multiple deals.
• Experience selling software is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel and build professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Actively selling Visual Components software to end customers.
• Working with inbound leads and generating outbound activity.
• Building strong relationships with customers and growing existing accounts.
• Creating weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts for the territory.
• Representing Visual Components at tradeshows, seminars, and webinars.
