Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Systems Engineering Leader to own the strategy and direction of a global Robotics Labs network. The role focuses on developing demonstrations, reference architectures, and proof-of-concept environments across multiple sites to accelerate solution development and customer engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Systems Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Leadership
• Background in Robotics and Automation
• Hands-on experience with Robotics system integration, Embedded platforms, AI acceleration technologies, Middleware, System software
• Strong understanding of Edge computing and AI-enabled workloads
• Experience leading or coordinating global and multi-site technical teams
• Ability to influence Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales without direct authority
• Strong executive-level and technical communication skills
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Robotics Labs strategy and execution
• Drive alignment across Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and regional teams
• Oversee development of demonstrations, reference architectures, and proof-of-concept environments
