ABB Robotics USA is seeking a seasoned Global Account Manager to lead sales growth for a major logistics client. You will shape the Global Account Plan and coordinate with ABB RARO executives, engineering and product teams to align offerings with customer needs.

The role requires a strong background in robotics or mechatronics, extensive account management experience, excellent negotiation and program management skills, and willingness to travel up to 35% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years commercial experience in Account Management and Key Account Management.
• Strong robotics/mechatronics background plus AI knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with customers, including sales, problem resolution, negotiation, and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth for a major logistics-facing Global Key Account.
• Develop, implement and manage the Global Account strategy with share of wallet growth and profitability.
• Establish and maintain global offering for robots, robot cells, and turnkey solutions.
• Create Global Account Plan and tracking to monitor progress at all levels.
• Develop a Player Map to connect ABB RARO executives with the Key Account and local sales teams.
