Job summary

ABB Robotics seeks a senior professional to drive Global Key Account growth, developing global offerings and strategic plans across robots, accessories, and turnkey solutions. You will coordinate with executives and sales teams to secure long-term profitability and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has extensive robotics knowledge, strong account management experience, and willingness to travel up to 35% domestically and internationally; English fluency is required, with hybrid/remote

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of commercial experience in Account Management and Key Account Management.
• First-hand knowledge of robotics in the Consumer Segment global manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain global offering (Robots, Robots Accessories, Function Packages, Robot Cells, Full Turn-key Solutions) for the Global Key Account with near term targets.
• Create a detailed Global Account Plan and implement tracking for activities at LBL and BL levels.
• Develop a Player Map and connect Key Account and ABB executives with local sales representatives to grow business.
• Be the global representative facing the Key Account decision makers at executive offices and factories.
