Gigs is seeking a Roaming Lead to own day-to-day operations and the strategic direction of Global Roaming, the data-only, API-first connectivity layer enabling instant coverage in nearly every country. You’ll join the Connectivity team and collaborate with roaming providers, Product, Engineering, and Partnerships as we scale Roaming into a top growth vertical.

This role offers a clear path to Head of Roaming with P&L ownership.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in analytical, operational, or commercial leadership roles.
• Experience owning a P&L or leading a team.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets; familiar with Notion, Lightdash/Looker; SQL is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define Roaming vertical strategy and translate it into the operating plan.
• Productize Global Roaming into a scalable product with feature development.
• Own roaming dashboards and provide market insights to roadmap.
• Manage provider relationships and commercial terms.
• Ensure testing and quality to improve roaming experience.
