Job summary

Gigs is building the operating system for mobile services, enabling platforms to provision connectivity at scale. We’re looking for a senior customer operations leader who can own the end-to-end support journey, from launch through optimization, with a bias toward AI-driven efficiency.

You’ll partner with customers and Product to reduce friction, deliver playbooks, and scale our support motion across markets, reporting to the Head of Support in a fast-growing, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in demanding operational environment
• Ability to translate data findings into business decisions
• Experience with AI-enabled tooling is a plus
• Strong communication with senior customer stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Gigs with customers across pre-sales, implementation, and post-launch.
• Dig into activation funnels, identify drop-off patterns, and propose actionable recommendations.
• Translate field insights to Product/Engineering for improvements.
• Build AI into workflows to accelerate analysis and reduce manual work.
• Know the platform end to end: provisioning, billing, support tooling, connectivity.
• Create runbooks and workflows to scale deployments.
• Keep cross-functional teams moving and unblock impediments.
