As Engineering Manager, you will lead a high-performing team, guide technical strategy, and partner with product and design to deliver impactful features across a modern connectivity platform. You will drive architectural excellence, mentor engineers, and foster an inclusive culture in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment with hubs

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience leading engineering teams in high-growth, product-driven environments.
• Shipped code at scale and can dive deep when needed.
• Strong people management skills with a track record of growing engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and grow a team of software engineers working on core parts of our platform.
• Partner with Product and Design to define priorities, shape roadmaps, and deliver high-quality features.
• Drive technical excellence—from architecture to code reviews to reliability.
