Gigs, a fast-growing tech company building the operating system for mobile services, seeks a Head of Operations to own three core areas: end-to-end launch from contract to revenue, company operating cadence, and the business operations function. You will set the pace and standards as we scale toward 200+ people.

Compensation is $300K+ plus a meaningful equity package, and you will lead cross-functional work across marketing, implementation, product, partner management, and GTM to convert

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end launch path from signed contract to live revenue.
• Own the company's operating cadence as headcount grows.
• Run Business Operations and set standards for functional ops.
• Build a repeatable launch playbook with owners and timelines.
• Expand operations to new markets and products.
