Job summary

Gigs is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Gigs for Work to own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap end-to-end. You will collaborate with the GM and GTM teams to scale employee connectivity across borders and automate provisioning and invoicing in 25+ countries.

You’ll partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to ship end-to-end experiences, supporting IT, HR, Finance, and Procurement stakeholders with data-driven decisions and scalable platform investments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management with real business impact.
• Built or redefined a category; wrote a clear product vision.
• Deep B2B customer empathy across IT, Finance, People, Procurement.
• Wields data and pulls insights from SQL.
• Strong systems thinking; comfortable with APIs and data models.
• Hands-on with modern AI tools; understands automation potential.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and own the roadmap for Gigs for Work.
• Engage with multiple buyer personas (IT, People, Finance, Procurement).
• Architect end-to-end product and platform investments to enable fast country/integration launches.
• Automate processes and reduce manual work across markets.
• Define integration points with HRIS, identity, and MDM systems.
